3. Refund policy

If the journey does not bring about the expected transformation, we are ready to offer a refund.

3.1. REFUND CONDITIONS

Customers may request a refund in the following cases:

The course does not match the description provided on the website.
The customer is unable to participate in the course due to personal reasons (subject to specific conditions).
The customer does not achieve actual results after correctly applying the method.

3.2. REFUND PROCESS

Customers must submit a refund request via email within 7 days from the course registration date.
Wellbe will review the request and respond within 5–7 business days.
If approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

3.3. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

The customer has completed more than 30% of the course content.
Refund requests submitted after 7 days from registration without a valid reason.
Cases where the customer violates Wellbe’s Terms of Use.
